Innopart Medpro BV belongs to the Innopart Group, a family-owned company, founded in 1979. The company is predominantly active in Europe, China and England and over the years has built solid strategic alliances and joint ventures at home and abroad.
Innopart operates from modern production facilities and develops and supplies hygienic, cosmetic, veterinary and medical consumables. The products are mainly intended to contribute to the hygiene and protection of healthcare professionals.
Production takes place mainly in the Netherlands (liquid preparations), England (wet wipes) and China (non-woven & plastic articles). The activities in China have been supervised by the Innopart support office in Shanghai since 2007. In 2018, the strongly growing veterinary division was transferred to the subsidiary; Innovetdirect.com BV.
The name "Innopart" stands for "innovative partner" and we are constantly looking to create distinctiveness and opportunities for specific niche/product-market combinations, to develop and tailor products respectively.
Our approach is to build strong and sustainable brands through partnerships with customers. The expertise gained with our own brands, as well as the development and manufacturing of private label products, has enabled us to build a global customer base with predominantly "blue chip" customers.
Besides private label production/contract manufacturing, we have also developed our own brands, such as: the Innocare® concept for washing without water, the Petsorb® wiping cloth roll system for cleaning & disinfection and the Joy2Protect® adhesive-free plasters. Distribution takes place through a growing network of selected dealers/wholesalers in Europe, who ensure that in their market, these branded products find their way to the healthcare sector or consumer. For the coming years Innopart will focus on expanding this international distribution network and is open for partnerships.
Our team has a combined experience of over 42 years in product development, quality assurance and production support. We have excellent contacts with non-woven producers/converters, plastic processing companies, contract fillers and raw material suppliers. Partly because of this, we can provide you with a customized service. We work on a project basis, whereby you are involved in the entire process at all times.
