Self-sealing sterilization pouches

Equipped with so-called “triple chevron seals”. This form of sealing provides additional protection and makes the packaging more resistant to tearing or leakage during the sterilization process and post-sterilization handling to ensure the integrity of the sterile barrier, so that the contents remain sterile until the package is opened.

The pouches are made of medical paper and plastic film, which are heat-sealed on three sides. The fourth side has an adhesive strip that is used to seal the paper to the film before the enclosed medical device is sterilized. The medical paper meets recognized material standards and can be sterilized by steam or ethylene oxide. The process indicator ink printed on the medical paper shows a color change after the pouch has been exposed to steam or ethylene oxide.

Sterilisation pouches are available from a print run of 100 boxes per size and the sterilisation rolls from 60 boxes per size. Initial delivery time approx. 12 – 16 working weeks after final approval of all designs/artworks.
