Specially designed for controlled heating of Innocare® packs of washcloths or hair cleaning caps (shampoo caps).
This device offers many advantages over heating in classic microwaves:

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HEATING WITH SMART WARMER AND HEATING IN MICROWAVE OVEN

EVEN HEATING
this special warmer is designed to heat washcloths evenly. This prevents hot spots that can occur in a microwave oven, which can lead to uneven heating and even burning.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
the smart warmer has better temperature control, ensuring consistent heat without the risk of the washcloths getting too hot, something that is harder to control in a microwave oven. Our smart warmer features a dual safety design with both electronic and thermal overheating protection.

CONVENIENCE & EFFICIENCY
the unit can heat multiple packs of washcloths at the same time, which is more efficient than heating them one at a time in the microwave. Many settings ensure that the appliance is always topped up based on daily needs. Thus, hot packs are available at any time. This can be especially convenient in professional care settings. Our smart warmer REF: 7203 heats up to 16 packs simultaneously and offers time and space savings compared to microwaves with a start-stop clock function (waiting time).

SAFETY & HYGIENE
warmers are often designed with hygiene in mind for just this application, whereas a microwave oven is used for all kinds of food and materials, which can cause cross-contamination.

EASE OF USE
the warmer is more user-friendly for regularly warming washcloths. The unit is equipped with LED status indicators (red and green) that indicate whether a product is hot and ready to use, which packets should be used first and whether any packets have been warmed for too long and should be discarded.
The warmer comes standard with 10 one thermo bags, each of which can hold up to 6 packs and delays cooling after the packs are removed from the unit and will be used for patient washing.

COMPATIBILITY
The shelf design takes into account the packaging dimensions of our Innocare® brand, as well as those of other brands. Dimensions of the product compartment are approx. 21 x 12.5 x 2.5 cm. This makes it compatible for many brands of hair washes, wet wipes and wet washcloths. We recommend sending a sample of products you want to warm up before ordering, for verification.

It is important to note that while dedicated warmers have advantages, they also require an additional investment compared to using an existing microwave oven. The choice between a dedicated warmer and a microwave depends on the specific needs, frequency of use and desired quality of service.
